IE8 Will Have Stronger Defense

Microsoft is optimistic that its newest browser which is still under development, Internet Explorer 8, will have stronger defense compares to its predecessor. Eric Lawrence, IE8 security program manager from Microsoft has assured this matter. According to Eric, even IE8 is still in beta version, this browser has excellent defense to fight cross-site scripting or XSS from crackers and attacks from other malicious softwares.

Nonetheless, Lawrence warned developers and webmasters to never let IE8 guard the defense alone. It’s still important for web developer to provide additional defensive system to minimize holes from their site. For web developers and web designers who are eager to try this beta version of IE8, they can download it directly from Microsoft website. For the moment, IE 8 beta version is only available in English version. Microsoft is planning to add other languages such as Deutch and Chinese.
