In any business world, there are always many competition, whether it is fair or unfair. American Airlines has sued Google because they claimed that Google has break their trademark policy and give profits to its rivals.

However, this case was finally closed and both sides agree to pay each legal cost. Beware Of New Virus Attack

Please beware towards a new ‘guerrilla attack’ virus named Asprox. This virus has spread to approximately two millions computers in the world. Mentioned that cracker from East Europe has infected this virus to more than 1000 sites in England.

This virus also haunts at the local government offices in England and National Health Service (NHS) which is used everyday by thousands of people to access local services. Approximately twelve sites local council including Hackney Council in London is also a target, thus endanger people who log on to pay tax.

Experts said that this virus isn’t like other common virus which spread through e-mail or illegal sites. Asprox quietly hide in the mainstream site, then later infects people’s computer who visit that site. Once attacking, this virus can be used by the user to access important information and to steal files, emails and passwords.

So far, according to the security experts, this virus has attacked approximately two million computers all over the world. Generally the computer attacked is not protected with up to date anti virus software. This virus attack has no suspicious signs. Cracker who invented this virus is aiming for the victim personal data to steal money from the victim’s account.

“This is a serious attack. Last year when your computer is attacked by a virus, You can easily discover it, but now you cannot see any signs that your computer is being infected by this virus,” said Yuval Ben-Itzhak, chief technical officer from Finjan, the first security company who exposed the thread from Asprox.

Blogging Can Cause You a Death Sentence?

A new cyber crime law is on the rising in Iran. However, a group led by a peace noble winner Shirin Ebadi critized on that law. One of the thing mentioned by Ebadi, that law can punish bloggers to death sentence. “Creating a blog or site which promote corruption or something against religion can be sentence to death, just like raping and armed robbery,” said the Human Rights Defender Group under Ebadi.

Furthermore that group also mentioned, the court will decide whether it is considered to promote corruption or something against religion. “This will endanger their lives which is only guilty because of writing,” said that group statement as quoted from AFP. In that law plan, make a site and blog that promote corruption, prostitution and religious crime is crimes that the creator have to be punish as mohareb (God’s enemy). Lack of Bandwiths Around The World Is Coming?

A study tells that Internet users are threaten by “shortage of bandwidth” problem. This is because the infrastructure available cannot cope with the bandwidth demand to serve all consumers wants to access Internet.

In the “Global Bandwidth” study which was done by CIP Technologies, the world’s demand for Internet bandwidth will increase two times in the next two years. And in the next five years, demand will increase double.

One of the reason is the video online access popularity and giant data delivery. According to David Payne, the Institute of Advanced Telecommunications at Swansea University academy who set this study, that problem will make the network infrastructure available now imbalance.

“It is hard to predict which operator can increase their network architecture to fulfill needs, whilst they still have to think about profit,” said Payne as quoted in Vnunet.

CIP Technologies also suggest for a change in technology in order to fulfill bandwidth demand that keeps on increasing. Anticipation has to be done early. “A significant investment is needed to make sure that businesses are able to shares large files, high quality videos, or even video conference in the future,” according to Payne.
