A teenager at the age of 14 years old is involved in the Australian Federal Police (AFP) to help fighting the cyber crime. Approximately 20 teenagers start working together with the AFP to build a strategy of how to catch the cyber crime, predators and even terrorism acts.

Blogging Can Cause You a Death Sentence?

A new cyber crime law is on the rising in Iran. However, a group led by a peace noble winner Shirin Ebadi critized on that law. One of the thing mentioned by Ebadi, that law can punish bloggers to death sentence. “Creating a blog or site which promote corruption or something against religion can be sentence to death, just like raping and armed robbery,” said the Human Rights Defender Group under Ebadi.

Furthermore that group also mentioned, the court will decide whether it is considered to promote corruption or something against religion. “This will endanger their lives which is only guilty because of writing,” said that group statement as quoted from AFP. In that law plan, make a site and blog that promote corruption, prostitution and religious crime is crimes that the creator have to be punish as mohareb (God’s enemy). In the Iran law, a mohareb should be sentenced death.
